§ 30.007 CHIEF OF POLICE.
   (A)   The Town Chief of Police is appointed by the Town Council and is subject to dismissal by the Town Council.
   (B)   Duties of the Chief of Police include:
      (1)   Enforcement of all laws and ordinances;
      (2)   Directing and taking charge of the Town’s Police Department; and
      (3)   All other duties necessary to promote safety and security within the Town.
