§ 90.03 NOXIOUS WEEDS PROHIBITED.
   No owner or occupant of any real estate within the Town shall permit any obnoxious or troublesome weeds to grow or mature upon premises owned or occupied by such person, or upon, in or along any of the sidewalks, streets or alleys adjoining the same.
