§ 90.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   RANK, NOXIOUS AND TROUBLESOME VEGETATION OR WEEDS. Shall not exceed ten inches in height and are as follows:
      (1)   Canada thistle (Cirsium arvense);
      (2)   Johnson grass and sorghum allium (Sorghous halepeuse);
      (3)   Bur cucumber (Sicyos angulatus);
      (4)   Marijuana (Cannabis sativa);
      (5)   Ragweed;
      (6)   Milkweed; and
      (7)   All such vegetation that is not generally cultivated for lawns, landscaping, gardens, decoration or farming including, but not limited to, briars, brambles, horseweed, brush thistles, tall grasses and other weeds which have an adverse effect on agricultural production or cultivation or provide harborage for rodents or other pests.
