Whenever the Town Council President or Walkerton Chief of Police shall find that some or all of the conditions which give rise to a parking prohibition in effect because of the snow emergency declared pursuant to the terms of this subchapter no longer exist, he or she may declare the prohibition terminated, in whole or in part, in the manner prescribed by this subchapter, effective immediately upon announcement.
