§ 75.41 PARKING ON SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES.
   (A)   Whenever the Town Council President, Public Works Director or Walkerton Chief of Police finds, on the basis of falling snow, sleet or freezing rain, or on the basis of a forecast by the National Weather Service or other weather service of snow, sleet or freezing rain, that weather conditions will make it necessary that motor vehicle traffic be expedited and that parking on Town streets be prohibited or restricted for snow plowing or other purposes, he or she shall put into effect the parking prohibition on primary snow emergency routes, as necessary, by declaring it in the manner prescribed in this subchapter.
   (B)   Once in effect, a prohibition under this section shall remain in effect until the street has been cleared. If an additional four inches or more of snow or ice has accumulated, then the parking prohibition shall automatically take effect again. While the prohibition is in effect, no person shall park or allow to remain parked any vehicle on any which it applies.
