§ 30.004 CLERK-TREASURER.
   The Office of Clerk-Treasurer is a combined office with the following duties, but not limited to:
   (A)   To have custody of the Town seal, the records, books and papers of the Town Council;
   (B)   To record the proceedings of the Town Council and present to the Town Council for approval;
   (C)   To issue licenses and collect fees for permits and licenses issued by the Town;
   (D)   To administer oaths;
   (E)   To be responsible for the Town funds under the direction of the Town Council and provide a monthly accounting;
   (F)   To be business manager for municipal utilities; and
   (G)   Maintains copies of all approved ordinances and resolutions.
