(A) Posted areas. When appropriate signs are erected in “off-street” parking areas giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time specified.

(B) Parking limited. No person shall park or leave a vehicle unattended for more than 24 hours in any municipal “off-street” parking area, nor shall any person park or leave unattended a disabled or inoperable vehicle or a vehicle with an expired license or registration in any municipal “off-street” parking area.
