§ 74.03 REQUIRED OBEDIENCE.
   (A)   It is an infraction for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this chapter.
   (B)   Further, no person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of a police officer or Fire Department official.
