§ 73.23 REMOVAL; PENALTIES.
   It is provided that in addition to any penalty provided for in the Town code, any truck or vehicle in violation of this subchapter may be ordered to be removed or may be removed by the Chief of Police or any police officer at the expense of the driver of said vehicle, its owner, or person in possession of such truck or vehicle.
