Except for highways under state control, no trucks shall be operated in any residential district within the Town between the hours of 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.; provided that, upon application showing undue hardship, a special permit may be issued by the Clerk-Treasurer for the operation of a truck in contravention of this subchapter.
