§ 72.11 PROVISIONS OF CODE APPLICABLE.
   The provisions of this traffic code shall apply whenever a bicycle is operated upon any street, sidewalk, alley or upon any public path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, subject to those exceptions stated herein.
