§ 72.09 PARKING.
   (A)   Bicycles shall be parked in bicycle racks or other designated areas.
   (B)   In the event that the above are unavailable, the bicycle may be parked against the curb or alongside a building in a manner so as not to obstruct vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
