(A) A person operating a bicycle upon a street shall ride as near to the right-hand side of the roadway as practicable, exercising due care when passing a standing vehicle or one proceeding in the same direction.
(B) Bicycles shall be ridden in single file when passing other vehicles or other objects in the roadway, and at no time shall bicycles be ridden more than two abreast.
