§ 70.48 SIGNALING DEVICES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any horn or other audible signaling device on any motor vehicle, except in an emergency or when required by law.
   (B)   Burglar alarms on light motor vehicles shall only be of the electronic signaling type which transmit a non-audible signal to a receiver which can be carried by the owner or operator of the vehicle.
