§ 70.30 ANNUAL TRAFFIC SAFETY REPORT.
   (A)   The Chief of Police shall monthly prepare reports which shall be provided to the Town Council, reporting accidents and tickets. The Chief of Police shall also annually prepare the same report and present it to the Town Council.
   (B)   Such report shall contain the following information:
      (1)   The number of traffic accidents, the number of persons killed, the number of persons injured and other pertinent traffic accident data;
      (2)   The number of traffic accidents investigated and other pertinent data on the safety activities of the police; and
      (3)   The plans and recommendations of the Division for future traffic safety activities.
