Wherever the Town Council has stationed upon the streets and terraces of the Town any stop, yield, slow or parking sign for the purpose of regulating the operation of moving or standing vehicles upon the streets, it shall be the duty of all persons driving or operating such vehicles to be governed by and obey the signs given by such signs.
