§ 55.06 INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT.
   (A)   In accordance with the terms of the net metering tariff, the Utility shall enter into an interconnection agreement with the eligible net metering customer, which incorporates technical interconnection requirements and does not conflict with this chapter before the net metering facility may be interconnected with the Utility’s system.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to connect or maintain the connection of a renewable generating facility to the Utility’s system without first executing an interconnection agreement with the Utility. Any person or entity found to be in violation of this section shall be fined as set out in the Appendix: Fines and Penalties in Ch. 31 of this code of ordinances.
