§ 54.068 GENERAL CONNECTION FEE.
   A hook-on fee, as listed in the Fee Schedule in Ch. 35 of this code of ordinances, shall be charged for all connections made to the Town municipal wastewater system, including any connections made to private contract sewers in or out of the Town limits. The hook-on fee shall be paid prior to actual connection to the Town wastewater system.
