§ 53.33 CLASSES OF SERVICE.

   (A)   The Town has two classes of service:

      (1)   A service to supply metered water to residential customers, industrial and municipal users;

      (2)   Non-residential customers for commercial, industrial, municipal, fire protection uses, sprinkler installations, tank truck filling, contractors and customers service other than residential.

   (B)   All services shall fall into one or the other of these classes.
