§ 52.11 LEAVES.
   (A)   Generally. The Town, by its municipal utility workers, shall remove from the Town leaves that have been placed at the curb by its citizens. Said leaf pickup shall occur in the fall and it shall be the responsibility of the Public Works Director or his or her agent to announce pickup times for the leaves and to further serve proper notice to the citizens for the Town concerning the dates of the pickup.
   (B)   Residential burning of leaves during designated periods. Burning of leaves shall be permitted from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the following times during the year: October 15 to November 15 and April 15 to May 15 of each year. Only leaves may be burned. Open burning of other materials is prohibited. Burning is prohibited in apartment complexes and mobile home parks.
