§ 52.10 FLAMMABLE REFUSE; HANDLING CONTAGIOUS DISEASE.
   (A)   Contagious disease refuse. Removal of wearing apparel, bedding or other refuse from homes or other places where highly infectious or contagious diseases shall prevail shall be performed under the supervision and direction of the County Health Officer. Such refuse shall not be placed in containers for regular collection.
   (B)   Flammable or explosive refuse. Highly flammable or explosive materials shall not be placed in containers for regular collection, but shall be disposed of as directed by the Chief of the Fire Department at the expense of the owner or possessor thereof.
