All garbage, trash or rubbish must be stored in the provided receptacle(s) provided by the contracted collector for the Town of Walkerton. All receptacles shall be placed conveniently for collection pursuant to the trash collection company’s requirements. All receptacles may not be placed at the street for pickup any earlier than 24 hours before pickup and must be removed within 24 hours after pickup. Receptacles are not allowed to remain on street curbs except for the 48-hour timeframe for pickup. Failure to comply will result first in a warning and then in a fine.
