§ 51.07 MUNICIPAL STREET AND SECURITY LIGHTING - RATE “MSL”.
   (A)   To whom available. Available for standard overhead municipal street and security lighting services.
   (B)   Character of service. Alternating current, single-phase, 60 hertz, at a voltage of approximately 120 volts two-wire, or 120/240 volts three-wire.
   (C)   Monthly rates: municipal street and security lighting - Rate “MSL”. The rates are listed in the Fee Schedule in Ch. 35 of this code of ordinances.
   (D)   Minimum payment. The minimum payment for service shall be the customer charge.
