§ 51.05 SMALL MUNICIPAL SERVICE - RATE “MS”.
   (A)   To whom available.
      (1)   Available to the Town and the various departments of the Town for municipal service.
      (2)   The Utility shall bill any department of the Town whose power requirements do not exceed 750 kilowatt hours average for the preceding 12-month period on this schedule.
   (B)   Monthly rates: small municipal service - Rate “MS”. The rates are listed in the Fee Schedule in Ch. 35 of this code of ordinances.
   (C)   Minimum payment. The minimum payment for service shall be the customer charge.
