§ 34.10 NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY.
   The Town prohibits discrimination in hiring, promotion, discharge, pay, fringe benefits and other aspects of employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin or individuals with disabilities. If an employee believes that they have been discriminated against, the employee can immediately contact the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Washington, D.C., 20507 or an EEOC field office by calling toll free 1-800-USA-EEOC (for the hearing impaired, EEOC’s TTD number is 202-663-4399).
