§ 34.05 CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to enter into an agreement with PayGOV, LLC, Indianapolis, Indiana, for the purpose of enabling the Town to accept credit cards in the conduct of monetary transactions.
