Pursuant to published notice and public hearing, as required by law, the International Existing Building Code, 2015 Edition, published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted in full by reference except such portions as may be hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended. The International Existing Building Code, 2015 Edition, is amended as follows:

1. Section 101.1 Title.
