Pursuant to published notice and public hearing, as required by law, the Iowa Mechanical Code as adopted and amended by the State of Iowa Administrative Code 641 Chapter 61 is hereby adopted by reference as the mechanical code for the City of Walcott, Iowa, subject to the amendments and adoptions by the State of Iowa. Fees for permitting shall be as required as adopted in the City of Walcott Permit Fee Schedule. The Iowa Mechanical Code, as adopted and amended, is further amended as follows:
1. Section 101.1 Title.
