Pursuant to published notice and public hearing, as required by law, the Plumbing Code as adopted and amended by the State of Iowa Administrative Code 641 Chapter 25 is hereby adopted by reference as the plumbing code for the City of Walcott, Iowa, subject to the amendments and adoptions by the State of Iowa. Fees for permitting shall be as required as adopted in the City of Walcott Permit Fee Schedule.
