(a) The time and date for the regular meeting of Council, shall be the first and third Wednesdays of each month commencing at 6:30 pm unless the Mayor and President of Council agrees 72 hours prior to a change of time or date or unless a quorum is not present on such day.
(b) The place of all such meetings shall be the Municipal building, located at 705 N. Main St., Walbridge, Ohio 43465.
