941.13 HOURS OF PLACING REFUSE CONTAINERS.

All refuse/garbage containers shall be placed at curb side at the property line, or in the alley way, if available, by 6:30 a.m. on the day of collection and no earlier than 6:00 p.m. of the night preceding collection day. Empty containers shall be removed from the curb or alley way on the day of collection.
