(a) The contractor above mentioned shall not be required under the contract to collect and dispose of any abandoned, condemned, or rejected product, by-product, manufacturer's waste material, or stock of any wholesale dealer, as for example: eggs, fish, meat, pickles, fruit, or vegetables, and that which shall be regarded as trade waste. All such material shall be removed and disposed of by the owner, and at his or her expense.
(b) All industrial by-products, building materials, old appliances, tires, rock, dirt, steel, iron, and like material shall be removed and disposed of by the resident, owner, or householder at his expense.
