941.02 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)   "Refuse" and "rubbish" means all putrescible wastes, including vegetable and specified animal offal and all discarded household wastes such as ashes, tin, glasses, bottles, crockery, paper, rags, lawn clippings, tree limbs and wood, if bundled in lengths of not exceeding four feet. Such bundles shall be securely tied. Recognized industrial by-products, building materials, old appliances, tires, rock, dirt, steel, iron, and like material shall not be considered refuse or rubbish.
 
   (b)   "Resident," "owner" or "household" means any owner, occupant, lessee, tenant, or any person in charge of any dwelling, hotel or motel, restaurant, apartment house, office building, public building, store building, church, or other building within Walbridge.
