905.06 FAILURE TO COMPLY.

If the owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of the lands mentioned in the preceding section fails to comply with the notice required by such section, the Village shall cause such repairs or improvements of the sidewalk to be made and may employ the necessary labor and equipment to perform the task.
