905.01 SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION, PERMIT, FEE.

Any person, firm, or corporation desiring to install or construct public sidewalks on any premises within the Municipality shall secure a permit therefor from the Building Inspector and shall at the time the permit is issued pay any fee required by the Municipality.
