(a) "Smoking" or "to smoke" means the act of smoking or carrying a lighted or smoldering cigar, cigarette or pipe of any kind, or lighting a cigar, cigarette or pipe of any kind.
(b) No person shall smoke in the council chamber of the Village or Town Hall or any of the adjoining offices located at 111 North Main Street, Walbridge, Ohio.
(c) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during on which a violation occurs on continues.
