123.03 SPENDING LIMITS.

The Village Administrator is authorized to approve invoices, estimates, contracts, and other expenditures up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) without prior approval by Council. Any expenditure in excess of five thousand dollars ($5,000) must be approved by a majority vote of Council members present, at a scheduled Council meeting.
