(a) The Village agrees to accept referrals of community service workers made by the Mayor's Court and the Perrysburg Municipal Court and agrees to utilize such community service workers to the extent possible in and about the Village, and at the cemeteries operated and maintained by the Village.
(b) The Village agrees to provide proper supervision for such community service workers as is required by Ohio R.C. 2951.02, and further agrees to enter into a contract with the Industrial Commission of Ohio to properly cover the community service workers under the Workers' Compensation Laws of the State of Ohio pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4123.03, in order that the Village, the Mayor's Court, the Perrysburg Municipal Court, and all of the officers and employees of such subdivision and the Courts will be protected from liability for injuries to the community service workers.
(c) The Village agrees to provide such written reports as may be required by Ohio R.C. 2951.02 to the Mayor's Court or to the Perrysburg Municipal Court, or its probation departments.
