1183.04 PAVING.

The required number of parking and loading spaces as set forth in this chapter, together with driveways, aisles, and other circulation areas, shall be improved with an acceptable impervious material (e.g. asphalt, concrete, or tar and chip) to provide a durable and dust-free surface.
