135.01 PURPOSE.

(a) The purpose of this chapter is to set forth policies, rules and regulations which shall constitute the personnel system for the work force of the Village.

(b) It is the intent of Council that this chapter supplement but not alter any provision of the Ohio Revised Code. (Ord. 10-79. Passed 3-26-79.)
