125.02 DUTIES.

The Village Fiscal Officer appointed hereunder shall perform the duties provided by law for the Village Clerk and Treasurer and any other duties consistent with the nature of the office that are provided by municipal ordinance. (Ord. 20-2003. Passed 8-6-03.)
