123.01 ESTABLISHED; DUTIES.

The position of Village Administrator is established and the former position of Village Manager is abolished. The Village Administrator appointed hereunder shall perform the duties consistent with the nature of that office that are provided by municipal ordinance and contained within the job description provided by Council which may be changed from time to time.
