The Mayor is authorized and empowered to enter into any appropriate Mutual Aid Contract(s) with the police agencies of Northwest Ohio including: the Cities of Maumee, Oregon, Sylvania, Toledo; Townships of Sylvania, Waterville and Washington; the Villages of Holland, Ottawa Hills, Waterville and Whitehouse; the University of Toledo; the Toledo Area Metropolitan Park District; the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority within Lucas County; the Cities of Bowling Green, Northwood, Rossford and Perrysburg; the Townships of Lake and Perrysburg; the Bowling Green State University; and the Wood County Park District in Wood County; or any one or more of them to provide for mutual aid police assistance upon such terms as are mutually agreeable and are such terms and conditions as are acceptable to the Chief of Police and the Village Solicitor.
