Notice of each committee meeting shall be filed with the Clerk of Council and each meeting shall be open to the public. Any committee meeting may request any person(s) and require any Village employee to confer with it and provide information needed in connection with any other matter pending before the Committee. All committee meetings shall be posted at the Village Hall. To ensure adequate access, all Council Members shall be provided door codes for the outer Village Office and to the Council Chambers.
