111.05 REPORTS TO COUNCIL.
   (a)    Each department head is hereby requested to report to Council regarding activities in his/her department during the month which may lawfully be divulged. A written report shall be submitted at the first meeting of the month.
   (b)   Departments Effected by this Section:
      (1)   Police Department;
      (2)   Tax Commissioner;
      (3)   Village Superintendent;
      (4)   Zoning Inspector.
   (c)   Department Heads. The head of each department listed in subsection (b) hereof (or their representative) shall attend a monthly Council Meeting and any other meeting when requested by Council.
