(a) A satisfactory substitute may be authorized by the Commission if requested by the subdivider and approved by the village consulting engineer.
(b) The overall width of curb and gutter shall not exceed two and one-half feet and shall be approved by the Village consulting engineer.
(c) Curbs or curbs and gutters shall be constructed in conformance with the standards established by the Village. (Ord. 2000-0-02. Passed 1-24-00.)
