(a) The final plat drawings shall be prepared by a registered surveyor and specifications of improvements shall be a set of construction and utility plans prepared by a registered engineer. Said plans shall be submitted to the responsible officials and agencies as outlined in Section 1107.01 through 1107.20.
(b) Prior to the granting of approval of the final plat, the subdivider shall have installed the required improvements or shall have furnished a performance guarantee for the ultimate installation of said improvements.
The requirements, approval and length of term for the performance guarantee shall
be administered by the appropriate Village official, as established by Section 1109.22.
