(a) The requirements and specifications as to septic tanks, connection to the sanitary sewer system and septic tank effluent pumps, if necessary, are set forth in the attachment to Ordinance 92-27 consisting of seventeen pages including drawings which are hereby incorporated herein by reference.
(b) The requirements and specifications set forth in the attachments which have been incorporated herein to be referenced, shall apply hereafter to septic systems used in new construction or in the replacement of existing septic systems; connection to the sanitary sewer system; and septic tank effluent pumps, if required.
