925.14 APPEALS.

General user concerns regarding the requirements of this chapter shall first be presented to the Superintendent and then to the Village Council for action. Any user of the Village waste water treatment system has the right to appeal any or all sections of this chapter as prescribed by the Ohio Revised Code. (Ord. 95-3. Passed 2-13-95.)
