905.01 TREES OR BUSHES OVERHANGING TRAVELED PART OF THE STREET.

   Owners of trees or bushes, any part of which overhang or extend over any part of a public street in the Village shall so trim said trees or bushes and keep said trees or bushes so trimmed, that there will be a clearance of fifteen feet between the street level and the lowermost branches of said trees or bushes.
